Qualifications for a Medical Marijuana ID Card:
1.Must be at least 18 years of age 2.Must be a resident in the state of Massachusetts with proof of residency 3.The qualifying patient has been diagnosed by a physician as having a debilitating medical condition and has obtained medical records showing the diagnosis of that condition as outlined below for qualifying medical marijuana conditions. 4.Once your physician has registered you with the DHSS as a qualifying patient, you must obtain a Massachusetts Medical Marijuana card from the state of Massachusetts.
