Qualifications for a Medical Marijuana ID Card:
1. Must be a resident of Alaska with a valid Alaska I.D. as proof of residency 2.Obtain a copy of your medical records indicating that you are diagnosed with a qualifying condition. Learn how to request your medical records. 3.Obtain written documentation from a physician licensed in the state of Alaska that that you are a qualifying patient. 4. Apply for and receive a Medical Marijuana Card from the state of Alaska.

Qualifying Condition(s):
Cancer, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, or treatment for any of these conditions or Any chronic or debilitating disease or treatment of such diseases, which produces, for a specific patient, one or more of the following: cachexia; severe pain; severe nausea; seizures, including those that are characteristic of epilepsy; or persistent muscle spasms, including those that are characteristic of multiple sclerosis.
